About the role

Net Zero designs and manufactures chargers, inverters and battery systems for industrial fleets and renewable installations. This role sits in the engineering group at the factory and owns a product family end to end — topology, magnetics, thermal design, control firmware interface, EMC and the design file the production line builds from.

What you will do

  • Design DC/DC and AC/DC converter stages from requirement to validated prototype.
  • Own thermal and mechanical layout with the mechanical team, for enclosures that run in 50 °C ambient.
  • Take designs through EMC and safety pre-compliance, and close the findings.
  • Support field engineers on escalations, and feed what comes back into the next revision.
  • Review and sign the technical claims that go on the datasheet and the website.

What you need

  • A degree in electrical or electronic engineering.
  • Practical experience that reached production — not simulation only.
  • Working knowledge of IEC 61851, IEC 62477 or equivalent, and what compliance actually costs in a design.
  • Arabic and English, both used daily.

What we offer

  • A design that ships, and field data that comes back to you.
  • Direct access to the production line — no handover to a different company.
  • Training budget and time for the certifications the role needs.
